Counseling
Honest Human Services, LLC’s counseling service comprises of Counselor, Clinician, Social Workers or Mental Health Counselor who have years of experience in the counseling field and providing counseling to patients or clients. Our team will work with patients to help them overcome and manage different mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Their duties include meeting with patients to listen to their problems, diagnosing their mental or emotional disorder, and building treatment plans and coping strategies for the patient to follow. The goal of our counselors is to provide individuals with the resources they need to reach personal goals.
Home Care
Our Home Care services include Personal Care and Companionship, which include activities like bathing and dressing, meal preparation, and household tasks to enable independence and safety; while our Home Health Care will provide short-term physician-directed care designed to help a patient recover or prevent from an illness, injury, or hospital stay. Services include short-term nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social work, and home health aide services. Our goal is to assist you in the comfort of your home by delivering non-medical care services that are personalized to meet your needs.
Therapeutic Support
Our therapeutic support team plays a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Honest Human Services, LLC. The team is compassionate, motivated to help others, and dedicated to providing quality support. As a therapeutic support staff, they will work with patients and develop a customized plan that fits their needs. They will provide direct care services and specialized care in daily living, social and recreational activities such as preparing meals, administering medication, and providing transportation to work or community activities. The goal is to help, support and foster maximum independence of individuals and ensure their safety and well-being are met.
Nursing Care and Private Duty Nursing
At Honest Human Services, LLC, we have compassionate registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants who are ready to provide you with a range of care services that will keep patients healthy and comfortable and prevents worsening or new conditions. Our nursing care provides more advanced medical care that includes many different things, but a few examples are administering intravenous fluids, inserting and changing catheters, caring for wounds, and customized services that fit your needs. While our private duty nursing care will assist clients with long-term, hourly nursing care at home for adults with a chronic illness, injury, or disability, services may include care for diseases and conditions such as Traumatic brain injury (TBI), Spinal cord injury (SCI), ALS, MS, ventilator care, tracheostomy care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, ostomy/gastrostomy care, feeding tube care, catheter care. We aim to improve your health while you stay independent and comfortable at home.
Case Management & Treatment Plan
At Honest Human Services, LLC, we have compassionate licensed Social workers, Mental health practitioners, Psychologists, and nurses who are dedicated to helping you improve your health and maintain your independence. Our team will provide assessment, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human service’s needs. Our practitioners have skills in conflict and time management, able to multi-task, flexible, and able to analyze information and set achievable goals for the patient. Our practitioners are ready to work directly with the client at home, in hospitals, with various agencies, acting as an advocate between agencies and clients; and to assist with finding out the needs of clients and helping them reach and fulfill their goals and meet their needs. Our practitioners are also specialized in creating treatment plans based on the needs of the client.
Honest Human Services, LLC Home Health Aides will assist you in a variety of ways, such as taking vital signs and administering medication under a nurse’s direction. They will record and report this data as medically necessary. Our aides will also assist with your daily functions, such as dressing or taking a bath, planning for doctor’s appointments, or other meetings and transportation assistance. Other Home Health Aide responsibilities may include:
- Housekeeping, such as vacuuming or doing laundry
- Cooking meals
- Grocery shopping
- Reporting to nurses about patient’s health status
- Teaching patient self-care skills
- Routine Exercising
Respite Care
Our Respite Care includes a variety of services such as home-based care, skilled nursing, dementia care, and companion care. When you hire us, we will passionately take over your caregiving duties because we understand how difficult it is to take care of someone who is sick or has a disability. It’s a 24-hour job that is why it is important for you to take a break from time to time to look after your own needs. That is why our respite care services are here to help you. We will look after your loved ones while you take much-needed break. With us, you can be confident that they are safe, and their needs are met while you are away.
Behavioral Health
Behavioral Health Technician will meet your needs as requested. They are trained to create individual treatment plans prescribed by medical professionals, monitor patients, and record observations, report back on each patient’s progress and concerns; ensure patients have a safe and supportive environment and diffuse situations in which patients wish to harm themselves or others.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Honest Human Services, LLC believes that ADLs are very important in the lives of the people we serve. Our ADLs services are customized to fit the needs of the client. Some ADLs include but are not limited to personal hygiene – bathing/showering, grooming, nail care, and oral care. Dressing – being able to make appropriate clothing decisions and physically dress and undress oneself. Eating – the ability to feed oneself, though not necessarily the capability to prepare food. Maintaining continence – being able to use a restroom mentally and physically, etc.
Medical Assistance
Our Medical Assistance team assists clients with information, maintains medical supplies inventory, and performs preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating. They will verify patient information by interviewing the patient, recording medical history, and confirming the purpose of visit.
